1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using PickUpPushUp ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Health and safety disclaimer

The exercises suggested are general fitness activities and may not be appropriate for every body. You are solely responsible for your physical health and safety. You exercise at your own risk. The developer of PickUpPushUp assumes no responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage arising from your use of the App.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Analytics Premium is sold via the Apple App Store as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Pricing is shown in the App at the time of purchase and varies by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions.

5. Free version and premium features

PickUpPushUp's core features — screen-time tracking, exercise logging, history, badges, friends, and leaderboards — are free. Only the Trends/Analytics tab requires an active Analytics Premium subscription. We may change which features are free or paid in future versions.

6. Intellectual property

PickUpPushUp, including its name, design, source code, and content, is owned by the developer. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or republish the App or any portion of it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost data, or lost profits — arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your screen-time data and exercise logs are stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud storage. We do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
